Goldfish Concert
When: Friday, 5 January 2024 at the Cabo Beach Club in Cape Town.

Maynardville Open-Air Festival
When: 18 January – 25 February 2024 at Mynardville Gardens in Wynberg.
The annual Maynardville Open Air Festival presents an array of productions on an outdoor stage. You can expect to see Shakespeare’s classic love story – “Romeo & Juliet”, the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra, the Cape Town Opera and “A Night at the Musicals”.
You can also stroll through the Evening Food Market with vendors offering something of everything and a Festival Bar where you can fix yourself a drink. Bring your friends and enjoy a picnic before the shows start.
Wolfkop Weekender – Lilo River Flow
When: Starts on the 18th of January 2024 to the 21st of January 2024.
Wolfkop Weekender is a music festival in Citrusdal, Western Cape. Held at the Wolfkop Camping Village which is located in the countryside. Get ready for some countryside fun! You can expect some techno, indie and electronica music at this event.
Calabash Summer Concert
When: Wednesday 31st January 2024 at the DHL Stadium in Green Point. Get your tickets on Ticketmaster.
This is South Africa’s biggest summer concert taking place in stadiums (Cape Town and Johannesburg) by award-winning artists.

When: September 2024 dates need to be confirmed at the Sandringham Farm in Stellenbosch.
The Cheese and Wine Festival is a very popular and vibrant event for locals. It is a culinary journey and time to get together and make memories in the sun with a huge assortment of the finest cheeses from across South Africa and pair it with some of the best wine tastings. They also offer spectacular children’s entertainment, live music and performances. You will also have the opportunity to purchase different delights that complement your cheese and wine selections.
This event has won multiple awards, including “The Best Exhibition in Southern Africa” and is a must.
Franschoek Cap Classique & Champagne Festival
When: Usually the first weekend of December (waiting on the confirmed 2024 dates). In Franschhoek at The Huguenot Memorial Monument
Franschhoek Cap Classique & Champagne Festival is the perfect event to start the summer and festive season.
